To make our raw Organic Almond Butter we grind California "sweet" almonds two to three times at a low temperature to keep the almonds raw and the nutritional benefits high. The final product is immediately refrigerated to maintain freshness and ensure maximum health benefits. When nut butters are highly-processed or ground at a high temperature, the result is a lower quality, less healthful product.
