Our raw organic Shredded Sea Salted Sauerkraut gives you all the same benefits as our regular Sea Salted Sauerkraut except the cabbage is shredded into ribbons and chunks, making it easier to add to certain dishes where more traditional shredded sauerkraut is preferred. We create our raw, organic sauerkraut by shredding fresh, raw cabbage then allowing it to naturally ferment in a stainless steel container for five to seven days. We never heat or pasteurize our raw sauerkraut, unlike most commercial sauerkraut companies. Even some brands that claim to be probiotic still use some type of heat process, but our raw cultured vegetables are never heated in any way.
We bring you quality, nutritionally beneficial raw organic sauerkraut loaded with live enzymes and lactobacilli, which are essential for proper digestive health. Doctors suggest cabbage is a great cancer-fighter plus it is a good source of vitamin A and vitamin C.
For best results refrigerate upon reciept and open jar(s) only after these fresh, live, raw cultured vegetables are cold. Please expect warm transit temps to possibly create expansive cultured veggies that are still delicious and beneficial to eat.
